Office/Phone Management

• Our office does not have a receptionist, we solely depend on providers to manage phone calls. We appreciate patience and understanding. The providers will diligently return your call within 72 business hours.

• Please do not interrupt providers while in their office meeting with other clients. We are unable to meet with anyone who is not scheduled or a walk-ins. To consult with a provider, you will need to call and leave a voicemail, they will return your call at their earliest connivence to make arrangements.
